Genie System Compensation Plans for the Independent Genie Distributors (IGD) and Registered Representatives

MNU is a customer/product user acquisition company. The compensation plan makes it clear that an Independent Genie Distributor (IGD) can only receive compensation if they obtain customers or product users.

The MNU compensation plan is designed to comply with all domestic and foreign Direct Selling compensation laws and requirements for the markets in which it conducts business.

Give away free Genie Apps and you can earn pay-per-click (PPC), pay-per-sale (PPS), and pay-per-offer (PPO) income as the users of the Genie Web Apps you gave them shop, price compare and purchase the local Genie Marketplace Value Vouchers at online and offline stores for products and special offers.

You can earn PPC, PPS, and PPO income from a select group of shopping comparison engines, special offer sites, and the new localized Value Vouchers featured in the Genie Marketplace through publishing and affiliate agreements established by partner companies of MNU.

Affiliate commissions are paid two distinct ways to the IGD/RGD through the new Genie Marketplace Value Vouchers. 5%* is paid from every Value Voucher purchased to the IGD who solicited the Value Voucher offer from a local or national business. The 15% IGD/RGD Affiliate Override Bonus will be paid to the Registered Genie Distributor ( RGD-definition at bottom of Step 4) that sold the Genie System to the Affiliate earning the 5%. Qualifying details for the 15% Override Bonus are described below.

*5% is paid on the purchase price of the Value Voucher.

5%* is paid to the IGD/RGD from every personally-distributed Genie customer/user that purchases a Value Voucher. The 15% Affiliate Override Bonus is paid on this Affiliate commission also!

MNU shares the PPS, PPO, and PPC, income it receives (this is not the Affiliate income that is paid direct to the IGD/RGD from their registered Affiliate accounts) with its IGDs/RGD’s. These IGDs/RGDs earn Affiliate income as the users of the Genies they gave away make purchases, select special offers and click on advertising links while shopping online. Please note:  Unlike the Value Vouchers promoted through the new Genie Marketplace, not all clicks within the comparison, Deal or Shop buttons offer a PPC opportunity. PPC, PPO and PPS income generated from active Genie App users will vary based on customer/user habits and the vendor/publishing agreement compensation. The 15% Affiliate Override Bonus is paid on PPS, PPO and PPC income.

IGDs/RGD’s, can earn affiliate income through select publishing agreements and special features on the Genie such as the “Deals” button and the soon to be released “Shop” option. The income from these agreements and features is not determined by the number of genies given away, but by the activity of the genies given away that are attached to the IGDs/RGDs ID number. MyNet Universe shares a minimum of 50% of this income with the IGD/RGD, which does not include the Affiliate Overrides. ClickBank (DigiDown) and the soon to be released Marketplace feature  pays their Affiliate income direct to the IGD/RGD.

Optional Benefit – 15% Affiliate Override Bonus

An IGD who elects to enroll as a Registered Representative (hereafter referred to as a RGD- definition explained at Step 4) can receive a 15% Override Bonus when IGDs you have sold the Genie Web App System to earn income from the Genies they have given away. PPS, PPO, PPC, and the Genie Marketplace Value Vouchers Affiliate commission generate the 15% Override Bonus. These bonuses are paid on a monthly basis. The purpose of this bonus is to give IGDs an incentive to help their personally sold IGDs create more customer/users and to help these customer/users optimize their shopping and savings experience.

A Registered Representative or RGD may receive the 15% Affiliate Override Bonus by selling two Genie Systems in their first 72 hours of enrollment, or whenever they have sold 4 or more Genie Systems in total. Obviously, this Bonus is totally dependent upon customer usage of the product.

Although there is no guarantee of income, there is also no limit to the amount of Affiliate Override Bonus a qualified and active Registered Representative may earn each month.

This part of the Compensation plan is entirely optional. An IGD must be qualified to receive sales commissions by personally acquiring a minimum of five (5) Genie Web App Customers/End Users. An IGD must maintain the qualified status by acquiring a minimum of three (3) additional Genie Web App Customers/End Users each thirty (30) day period that starts thirty (30) days after their Genie System purchase date (this requirement is waived after an IGD has accumulated 40 Customers/Users).

Personal Genie Web App System sales Commission are designed to reward those qualified and registered IGDs who personally sell two (2) Genie Systems. These commissions can be earned multiple times. A one-time commission of USD $100 is generated when a qualified IGD that is also enrolled as a Registered Representative (optional USD $10.00 registration fee-details below) sells two Genie Systems. A qualified and registered IGD/Representative is referred to as a Registered Genie Distributor (RGD) There is no deadline to accomplish the two Genie System sales, nor is there a maximum number of Customers/End Users or Genie Systems that an RGD can distribute or sell. This commission may be earned multiple times.

** “Qualified” RGDs are those who have personally acquired a minimum of five (5) Genie Web App Customers/End Users in their initial 30 days after registration. An IGD becomes qualified whenever they reach the five (5) Genie Web App Customer/User requirements. This requirement is not limited to a 30 day period.

* IGDs may distribute unlimited Genie Web Apps for 30 days from the purchase date of the Genie System and every 30 day period thereafter that they pay the USD $29 Monthly Subscription (this maintains the service and image storage for the Branding, Business Profile Builder, Coupon Creator and the server requirements for all the Customer/User shopping queries and installs).

Active RGDs are qualified for the optional commissions if they acquire a minimum of three (3) Customers/End Users each 30 day period after the initial 30 days (maximum Customer/User requirement is 40).

An IGD or RGD can reactivate their Genie Distributorship after it is inactive simply by renewing the $29.00 Monthly Subscription and meeting the minimum Customer/ User requirements.

Note: Customers/Users will continue to be able to use the branded Genie Web App of the IGD/Business that originally distributed it to them with the IGDs/Business Brand displayed for one year after an IGD/Business becomes inactive.

A Genie customer/user may choose to become a Registered Representative and not purchase the Genie System. A Registered Representative must pay an annual USD $19 sign up fee which includes a promotional Website, the complete Back Office tracking and accounting system (USD $150.00 value), and the Online Marketing system (USD $120.00 value) with customizable promotional material. A Registered Representative may receive the DTP commissions and the Affiliate Override Bonuses but cannot distribute the MyShoppingGenie Web App or receive Affiliate or Customer Acquisition/Personal Sales commissions.

The Purchaser of the Genie System (IGD) can become a Registered Representative for a fee of USD $10. The IGD may do this when they purchase the Genie System.

The Dual Team Pay (DTP) structure is also optional and designed so that an active and qualified RGD who personally sells two Genie Systems can enjoy additional team building benefits! The two IGD/RGD team structure creates excitement as new IGDs/RGDs purchase the Genie System and acquire Genie Web App customers/users, one after the other, down team lines, helping more people benefit from the volume and creating greater leverage within the plan. This allows RGDs to earn commissions not only on their personal sales but also on the sales made by other RGDs that fall under each IGD/RGD within their team. This occurs regardless of who makes the sale, even if they are generated by the upline sales team RR or RGD!

When an RGD sells a Genie System, the new IGD/RGD is automatically placed in one of two Genie IGD/RGD teams in the DTP structure. The new RGD begins earning affiliate override credits from PPC, PPO, PPS and the Genie Marketplace along with new RGD sales credits immediately on personal sales and may also receive the same credits generated by their up-line team. The RGD accumulates these credits as long as they are qualified (customer/user requirements) and remain active.

A Registered Representative (RR)  that is not an RGD must sell a new Genie System each month to continue to accumulate DTP sales credits. A RR can re-activate their sales requirements after non activity. The RR can also purchase the Genie System from their online office.

Here is a quick summary of the Dual Team Pay (DTP):

There are only two teams for each RGD/RR to build, and each new IGD/RGD is placed in one of those teams.

Just like with the Personal Sales Commission, RGDs (the below commissions can apply to a RR) are paid on the total number of Genie System sales. It is also important to note that these commissions are not based on levels but, rather, the total number of sales in their team.

As long as the RGD remains active, affiliate override credits from PPC, PPO, PPS and the Genie Marketplace along with Genie System sales credits will accumulate in both teams(legs) while the RGD is qualifying with their personal customer count (5) and by having two personally-sold active IGD/RGDs (one in each leg).

The DTP structure will pay a cycle commission of USD $10 every-time two credits are generated from the Affiliate Override Bonus which is earned through PPC, PPO, PPS and the Genie Marketplace in each of your DTP legs. When a RGD earns a 15% Affiliate Override Bonus in your DTP structure an additional 5% is credited to a DTP account attached to the IGDs/RGDs ID number. When the DTP account reaches USD $30, a credit is issued. The purpose of this DTP commission is to give RGDs an incentive to help other IGDs/RGDs in their DTP structure in creating more customer/users and to help these customer/users optimize their shopping and savings experience.

The DTP structure will pay a-cycle commission of USD $50 every time two USD $189 Genie Systems sales are activated in each of your DTP legs.

The DTP structure will pay a cycle commission of USD $10 every time two USD $29 Monthly Subscriptions are generated in each of your DTP legs.

While there is no guaranty that everyone will earn income, those who make sales and acquire customers/product users earn commissions. Any dollars quoted in any MNU literature is strictly for demonstration and instructional purposes, and are not intended to give an impression that any one person will earn that amount of money.

The DTP commissions are capped at a maximum of USD $20,000 per week, depending on the position an RGB has achieved within the marketing plan.  A RGD who has personally sold one active IGD/RGD in each leg and has met their customer/user acquisition requirements can earn up to USD $2,000 per week. A Power Distributor can earn up to USD $3,000 per week. A Power Distributor Builder (a RGD who has produced one Power Distributor in each leg) can earn up to USD $5,000 per week. A Gold Power Distributor (a Power Distributor Builder who has produced six Power Distributors, three of which must be personally-sold RGDs) can earn up to USD $10,000 per week. A Global Power Distributor can earn up to USD $20,000 per week.

Power Distributor – Personally acquire 10 customers/users of the Genie Web App and personally sell at least four active IGDs and have a combined team of 12 active RGDs in your personal sales team.

Match Pay overrides can generate a significant Team Building income!

Global Match Pay – A qualified Global Power Distributor will receive 20% match pay on ALL  RGDs in their personal sales team, down to and including the next qualified Global Power Distributor, on ALL weekly DTP commissions earned.

Global Power Distributor – Personally acquire 20 customers/users of the Genie Web App and personally sell at least four active Power Distributors and have a combined team of 12 active Power Distributors in your personal sales team, with at least one personally-sold Power Distributor on each team.

OR

Diamond Global Match Pay – A qualified Diamond Global Power Distributor will receive 30% Match Pay on ALL RGDs in their personal sales team down to the next qualified Global Power Distributor. Match Pay continues at 10% on ALL weekly DTP checks down to and including the first Diamond Global Power Distributor.

Diamond Global Power Distributor – Has at least eight active Global Power Distributors in their own personal sales team and have a combined team of 16 active Global Power Distributors on their entire sales team, with at least one Global Power Distributor on each team.

Diamond Global (DG) – The DTP structure first cycle checks are paid when two USD $189 Genie Systems sales are generated in each of your two DTP legs. The DTP pays out USD $50 to the qualified and active RGD and USD $10, USD $15 or USD $5 to the qualified Match Pay RGD.

The DTP structure second cycle checks are paid when two USD $29 Monthly Subscription fees are generated in each of your two DTP legs. The DTP then pays out USD $10 to the qualified and active RGD and USD $2, USD $3 or USD $1 to the qualified Match Pay RGD.
